Through strategic partnerships with Clientèle Life, WorkersLife, and Linar Insurance, New Era Life is building a multi-insurer franchise ecosystem that drives economic inclusion, job creation, and transformation within the insurance sector.

How the Network Works
Recruitment & Selection
Aspiring entrepreneurs, graduates, and community business owners apply through New Era Life’s online portal.
Applicants are screened for regulatory fit and business potential.
Training & Certification
All participants complete accredited courses through the New Era Life Academy, covering:
Product knowledge (Life, Short-Term, Funeral)
FAIS & POPIA compliance
Digital business operations
Sales, marketing, and financial literacy
Licensing & Onboarding
Successful candidates are appointed under New Era Life’s FSP license, giving them the authority to market and distribute approved insurance products from our partner insurers.
Business Operation
Entrepreneurs operate as independent representatives or micro-franchise owners using New Era Life’s digital platform to manage clients, leads, and commissions in real time.
