  • Sales, marketing, and financial literacy

Licensing & Onboarding

Successful candidates are appointed under New Era Life’s FSP license, giving them the authority to market and distribute approved insurance products from our partner insurers.

Business Operation

Entrepreneurs operate as independent representatives or micro-franchise owners using New Era Life’s digital platform to manage clients, leads, and commissions in real time.
